Jim Campbell started with Title Alliance Ltd as an Affiliated Business Specialist in 2004. Jim had been a director of the company’s founding organization – T.A. Holdings – since 1999 and at that time was instrumental in developing the original strategy which allowed T.A. to push its growth beyond its previous regional footprint.
Over the course of Jim’s career, which began in 1989, he had hands on experience in all aspects of business including, but not limited to, accounting, marketing, sales and customer development. After serving on the company’s board, in 2004, he decided he wanted to become more involved with Title Alliance and help with their strategic growth. He became an Affiliated Business Specialist with the company in 2004 and became Director of Sales and Marketing in 2007. Jim helped the company restructure after the 2007 purchase from First American Title and has been a shareholder in the company since the repurchase.
In December of 2015, Jim was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of the company, its affiliates and subsidiaries. His focus will be on the people, processes and products of Title Alliance. As a strategic and process-minded visionary, Jim will lead Title Alliance to the next level. He will lead using a customer-centric management style and will promote individual and company growth.
Jim received a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Widener University. He is a member of GoBundance, a student of the John Maxwell Group, and has successfully completed both Dale Carnegie’s Effective Communications and Human Relations as both a student and Graduate Assistant.
In 2019, Jim worked with Project Sweet Peas where he assembled care packages for newborns in the NICU.
